Our ingredients and process

We use only the finest and freshest ingredients in our desserts. We never add preservative or use artificial dyes. Desserts are baked daily every morning to ensure fresh baked goodness in every bite.

At our bakery, we take pride in crafting desserts that not only delight the palate but also reflect our commitment to quality and freshness.

As part of that commitment, we bake a set quantity of desserts that are sold on a first come first served basis until we sell out for the day.

Our Matcha drinks only use Ceremonial grade Matcha tea sourced directly from Japan and are prepared using a traditional hand whisking technique to ensure the best quality and flavor.
